Bill and Anne McCann
Owners
Bill and Anne McCann established Eastern Mechanical Corporation in 1980. Just Plumbing was formed after both Bill and Anne realized the need for a residential plumbing service in the early 1990’s.
When most companies offered plumbing along with HVAC and electrical, the need for a full-service, dedicated plumbing company serving the Peninsula and Williamsburg area was obvious. The trade name of Just Plumbing was chosen because it simply stated the mission of the company… all we do is plumbing and we are fair and just to our customers.
